RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return Period You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund (as required by UK law). Custom or personalized artwork cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Return Process

- Return items in original condition with all packaging
- Customer pays return shipping costs unless item is defective

Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exceptions
- Custom or commissioned artwork (final sale)
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Items returned after 14 days
Damaged Items If artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
