1. Acceptance of Terms By using Out There Editions (mackieart.com), you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our services.
2. Products & Services We sell original artwork, prints, and framed pieces. All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or artistic processes.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment is required at time of purchase
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery
- International customers are responsible for customs duties
5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
6. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content are protected by copyright. Purchasing artwork grants personal use rights only, not reproduction rights.
7. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
